It covers the commercial foundations behind pricing, positioning, client experience, standards and sustainable business growth. It is designed for people who want access to the framework without private coaching.

The mentorship includes full Barbershop Mastery Blueprint access, an initial career or business review, a personalised 90-day strategy, weekly 45-minute private sessions with Joe Vipond, clear agreed actions, accountability and private WhatsApp support around relevant decisions. The mentorship begins with a three-month initial commitment.

The Accelerator includes a full business diagnostic, Barbershop Mastery Blueprint access, a bespoke 12-week implementation plan, weekly 60-minute owner strategy sessions, pricing and profitability review, leadership and team assessment, client-experience and standards work, business-system development, one virtual team alignment session and private WhatsApp implementation support.

No. Male Grooming Mastery focuses on the business behind the craft, including pricing, positioning, client experience, leadership, standards, systems and sustainable growth. It does not provide technical haircutting education.

The Barbershop Mastery Blueprint is delivered through Circle. Access instructions are provided after a successful purchase.

Blueprint customers receive access instructions after a successful purchase. Mentorship and Accelerator clients receive programme access after their application has been accepted and onboarding has been completed.

All private Barber Business Mentorship and Barbershop Growth Accelerator sessions are delivered directly by Joe Vipond.

Private WhatsApp support is included with the 1:1 Barber Business Mentorship and Barbershop Growth Accelerator. Support is intended for agreed actions, relevant questions and business decisions between sessions. It is not unlimited on-demand consultancy.

The Barbershop Growth Accelerator includes one virtual team standards or alignment session where appropriate. The 1:1 Barber Business Mentorship primarily supports the individual applicant.

First, submit the application for Mentorship or the Accelerator. Joe will review your current position, goals and readiness. Suitable applicants will then be invited to a private discovery call. If there is a strong mutual fit, the programme, payment arrangement and potential start date will be confirmed. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

The Barbershop Mastery Blueprint is £497 as a one-off payment. The 1:1 Barber Business Mentorship is £1,000 per month with a three-month initial commitment. The Barbershop Growth Accelerator is £4,500 for 12 weeks, payable in full or through three monthly payments of £1,500.

Yes. Joe supports a maximum of five active private coaching clients at any one time across the 1:1 Barber Business Mentorship and Barbershop Growth Accelerator. Applications are reviewed based on suitability, readiness and current capacity.

Yes. Blueprint customers can apply for 1:1 Barber Business Mentorship or the Barbershop Growth Accelerator if they later require direct support. Applications remain subject to suitability, readiness and current capacity.
