MGM Academy is the ongoing monthly development platform inside Circle. It is designed for barbers who want consistent education, structure, community and progression across craft, standards and career development.

Technical Courses are focused, one-off training programmes designed to help you improve a specific skill system at a time. They are built for barbers who want clearer structure, stronger understanding and more repeatable results behind the chair.

The Barbershop Mastery Blueprint is a business foundations programme for barbers preparing for ownership, or early-stage owners who want to build with more structure. It focuses on the foundations, standards and positioning required before taking on more responsibility. It is a self-paced course with access to 12 modules, recommended over 12 weeks. You have the option to upgrade to access additional coaching where a member of the team will guide you through the programme.

The Business Owner Accelerator is a 12-week operator programme for existing barbershop owners who want more clarity, stronger systems and better control inside the business. It includes weekly 1:1 mentorship and is built for owners who are ready to take direct accountability for change.

No. The Business Owner Accelerator is application-based to make sure it is the right fit for your current business, challenges and goals. Once you apply, we will review your application. If it looks like the right fit, the next step is a call to discuss where your business is now, what you want to improve, and whether the Accelerator is the right route forward. If accepted, you will be sent the next steps to secure your place and begin the programme.
